Nos reunimos cada mes para aprender las reglas de seguridad de comida, dónde ubicar un puesto, cómo sacar los permisos necesarios, y elaborar los planes individuos. Contamos con la presencia del Departamento de Salud, UW-Extension, y emprendedores con experiencia de hacer puestos temporales exitosos. Aprendamos juntos y así estaremos listos aprovechar el verano en WI.

Start the New Year making plans for your food stand. We will meet monthly to learn food safety rules, where to locate stands, how to obtain the necessary permits, and develop individual business plans. We’ll be joined by the Health Department, UW-Extension and entrepreneurs with experience running successful food stands. We’ll learn together and be ready when summer comes in WI.

Small, growing businesses need help. The reality of entrepreneurship is that you can’t do it all on your own. This series of 5 consecutive workshops are designed to give you the business management skills and resources necessary to succeed in today’s competitive market. Take one or all 5 workshops. Each workshop meets for 3 hours for a total of 15 hours.

The class meets on Thursdays March 7 through April 11, 2019 at the Fond du Lac Campus Bldg in room O O108.  No class on March 21.
